RETURNS POLICY

Please retain your receipt
In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product purchased from CompTech, including those products which carry a manufacturer's warranty, you must have clear proof of purchase.

Product Assessment

Once proof of purchase has been established, if the product fault can safely and clearly be determined in store, we will repair, exchange or refund the product.

Non-Warrantable Returns

We will not refund a product simply because you have changed your mind. So please choose carefully. If you are not sure of a particular product, please ask any of our friendly sales rep. In some instances, we will offer credit or exchange however the product must come back in its original condition with packaging intact & all documentation attached. We will not accept any returns after 3 days. Warranty is only covered if product fault is caused by natural manufacture defect. Special product orders cannot be refunded once a deposit is made. Layby products which are held cannot be refunded. In some cases, a 25% fee may apply

Warrantable Products

We carry manufacturer's warranty & also our RTB warranty. In some cases, we may need to order parts from manufacture or send product out to manufacture. Warranty periods vary on each product type. Please see our warranty policy.
