Terms of service

You are authorizing Comptech to perform work on your computer or electronics and understand that Comptech technicians have been trained to perform computer hardware and software work. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Comptech from liability for any claims or damages that may arise from the work performed on your computer or electronics, unless it is caused by the severe negligence of Comptech or its agents.

You are also responsible for making necessary backups of your data so that, in the event of data loss, the data can be restored. Comptech is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

You understand that there may be additional costs for parts or services in the event that issues arise during the repair process. Computer parts, hardware, and software that are ordered or special ordered must be paid in advance.

Comptech will conduct all services in a professional, reasonable, and timely manner, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems. Comptech reserves the right to sell or dispose of goods if they have not been paid for or collected after 60 days of job completion.

By using Comptech's services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the disclaimer and authorize Comptech to perform services and repairs as stated in the service order. You also agree that Comptech is not responsible for any acts of God outside of its control, such as weather conditions, fire, flood, or otherwise.
